Description

Indian Rosewood  is a tropical hardwood native to India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.

1. Appearance and Colour:
   • The heartwood of East Indian Rosewood can vary from a golden brown to a deep purplish brown, often with darker brown streaks.
   • As the wood ages, it typically darkens to a deep brown hue.
2. Grain and Texture:
   • East Indian Rosewood has a medium texture and fairly small pores.
   • The grain is usually narrowly interlocked.
