Returns Policy

You can tell us that you wish to return an unwanted item up to 14 days from the day it was delivered, after 14 days it would be at our discretion.

Please securely pack the item and send it back to:

We would need to receive the wood in an unused and saleable condition and within the 14 days of you telling us that you are returning it.

The cost of sending the wood back to us is non-refundable unless agreed by Exotic Hardwoods UK Ltd.

If the wood was faulty then we would do our best to refund the postage costs. 

We will refund to your credit card or the original method of payment within 7 days of the arrival of the wood with us in the condition as stated above.
